Position Description:
Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Technical leadership of large-scale mainframe infrastructure projectsHands-on technical expertise building and supporting complex CICS environments leveraging: DB2 Data sharing, MQ Shared Queue Managers & Communications Manager3+ years of CICS Systems Programming and Internals including a “Master-level” knowledge / understanding of CICSPlex and OEM productsSelf-motivated professional capable of working independently or part of a large teamStrategic thinker and results-orientatedAbility to coordinate projects with end users and technical teams in a high paced service-oriented environmentStrong overall problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to meet new or existing business requirementsProvide timely diagnosis of application or system issues, identify root cause and recommend appropriate solutionsProvide consulting and support to large and diverse application development organizationInstallation, configuration and maintenance of CICS and associated program productsProvide 7×24 support as scheduled or as needed. Capable of handling high risk and high visibility tasks with ease.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
3+ years of overall work experience
Education: Computer Science (BE / BTech / MTech / MS) from Tier I Premier institutes
