Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes which promote best practice and lead to overall performance improvement and organizational efficiency .

To provide support to all internal and external customers; instructing, mentoring and training team members to develop robust departmental systems .

Policies and procedures to sustain a high level of service to all sectors .

Develop robust departmental systems, policies and procedures to sustain a high level of service to all sectors

Assist manager or supervisor with scheduling .

Monitor the daily workloads of team members and make adjustments to correct procedures are followed

Reports to the manager or head department .

May validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team .

Monitor the activities to ensure all service levels committed are met and exceeded .

Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, technology and best practices .

Report on KPIs and track customer service metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
