Modern India Limited Hiring for Company Secretary at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Secretarial Profile:

• Filing of various forms with ROC,
• Filing the Balance Sheets, Annual Return and Compliance Certificate with the ROC,
• Compliances for DIN and DSC,
• Compliances and filing forms for Creation, Modification and Satisfaction of charges with ROC,
• Compliances for keeping books of accounts other than the place of Registered office of the Company
• Guiding on preparing various forms under the Companies Act,
• Maintenance and updating of Statutory books and registers, Minutes books, secretarial records required under the Companies Act,
• Secretarial compliances as per the secretarial standard with regard to board and general meetings of the companies,
• Drafting of resolutions for the Board, General Meetings,
• Compliance with the various provisions of the Companies Act,
• Compliance with RBI, FDI & FEMA regulations

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
