Position Title:
Global Travel Administrator
Position Summary:
The Global Travel Administrator shall administer the corporate credit card programs across the globe, including Purchasing (P-Card) and Travel cards. This position is a Program Administrator for Concur, the global expense reimbursement system and would be the SPOC (single point of contact) across the globe for effective functioning of Concur system and process. This position is responsible for ensuring backend system is appropriately interfacing with our General Ledger as well as adherence to P-Card and T&E policies and procedures. This position will be based in Bangalore and will be reporting to Team Lead.

Job Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Deliverables:
Manage Concur System Administration for all MPM users globally.
Process expense reports in Concur with concur detect tool on a daily basis.
Expertise in posting travel expense in SAP.
Assist in the updating and maintenance of configuration and master data in Concur to comply with legal requirements and company policies
Provide proactive assistance to all MPM associates with questions and issues related to Concur, Corporate card and United Airlines Jetstream Account
End to End Credit Card Program Administration
Issue, cancel and maintain credit cards supporting the company travel and P-Card programs
Provide assistance to associate with questions on the process
Own and be responsible for auditing of expense report and direct follow up with associates regarding violations of policy, resolution of issues, or questions regarding the deployed Credit Card and expense management programs.
Identifies, documents, and escalates issues to P2P management to work with Human Resources, Senior Management and Internal Audit regarding serious violations of policy or fraud. Strict confidentiality is required
Effectively communicate with employees at all of the organization to support adherence to T&E, P-Card and Finance policies.
Provide assistance for implementing or upgrading Corporate Card Programs and Travel and Expense tools
Deliver training on T&E and Corporate Card Program to all levels of users in the organization as required
Provide reporting (annual, monthly and weekly standards as well as adhoc) to business and corporate leadership on policy review, issues, delinquencies, fraud, suspect vendors, spend patterns, trends, etc
Assist with maintenance and development of policies, procedures, process documentation and training materials
Provide a high level of customer service to the associates who utilize the Corporate Credit Card programs and expense reimbursement tools
Understands business reporting requirements and source application data and translates this into complex reports and dashboards
Respond to annual or adhoc audits from Internal Audit and own updates to process or any resolution to issues identified in audits
Provide feedback to leadership on suggested changes to current processes and policies in order to gain efficiencies and overall compliance with all Corporate Card Programs and Travel and Expense Tools
Maintain and update corporate T&E site.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 4-5 years’ work experience in an MNC (captive setup preferable)
Hands on Experience of managing user base across in multiple regions.
Should have bandwidth and exposure to interact and work with Global stakeholders interaction & management
Must have strong English oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with associates across all levels of the organization / across all regions.
Must be proficient and have had prior T&L Auditing experience as per audit guidelines across multiple geographies.
Must be proficient in metrics and process
Analytical, logic and critical thinking skills with the ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and make recommendations from disparate data sources.
Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to extract raw data from various systems, parse into Excel, and manipulate as required (Pivot Tables, Sorts, Filters, Vertical and Horizontal lookups, etc.). Ability to develop and troubleshoot complex formulas, links, and understand complex spreadsheets is a must.
Must have strong problem solving skills
Must be able to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills
Must be able to contribute in a team environment
Strong aptitude towards utilizing, supporting, and learning multiple applications / systems
Educational Requirements
Minimum – Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience from a college of reputed background. Masters degree is a plus
