Job Description :

Report while attending and relieving the duties in regular basis.
Managing entire Site smoothly handling all the issues of the site.
Identify and close monitoring for closure of UA/UC/NM and other incidents.
Conducting safety trainings, conducting HIRA, Conducting MOCK drill programs.
Internal and external safety audits and closure of audit points.
Implementation of HSE systems.
Arranging Tool box / pep talks, Job safety analysis.
Maintaining the records of HSE function.
repare the daily, monthly and yearly HSE statistics.
Setting up of safety committees, organizing safety committee meetings and of safety committee minutes.
Maintaining of Firefighting system like fire hydrant, Maintenance of portable fire extinguisher.
Conducting the periodic Audit of production lines.
Maintaining CAPA of all audit observations,
Cultivation of safety culture among the employees.
Safety statutory compliance.

Candidate Profile :

Graduation in science / engineering with valid diploma in safety.
Certification IOSH / NEBOSH.
Around 5 years.
Analyzing skills of deviations, RCA, CAPA and causes & effects.
Awareness of 5S, KAIZEN, TPM, SGAs, CIPs and other development initiatives.
Awareness of EHS modules.
