Ideal Candidate:

• We are looking for an experienced analyst who is proficient in carrying out analytical and operational work to support business growth. The Business Analyst will support the leadership team with insight into the business, revenue, finance, and operational metrics.
• The individual should have both the ability to think sharply and also execute at a fast pace.

Requirements:

● You have 2+ years of experience in a high growth tech start-ups, management consulting, PE/VC funds.

● You have hands-on experience of using SQL & Excel

Responsibilities:

● Closely work with CEO to discover insights and solve high impact problems across business verticals using data.

● Track key metrics and KPIs related to implementation success.

● Influence new opportunities for business based on internal/ external data

● Lead day to day analysis requirements and present insights in a structured form.

● Be on top of data to help develop actionable insights from weekly / monthly business performance reviews.

● Collaborate across different teams to reach the root of a problem/insight.

● Leverage multiple sources of information (primary data analysis, qualitative research etc.) to generate deeper insights.

● Monitor and forecast key business metrics regularly.

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
