Background on the Position
CRM seeks an Associate to join its Credit Risk Operations team responsible for model ownership, key regulatory projects, process enhancements and change management. The Director will collaborate closely with colleagues in London to execute on the team?s objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
? Execute data quality enhancements for model inputs used in the computation of counterparty exposure;
? Support credit professionals and senior management with ad hoc portfolio analysis and investigations;
? Work with Credit Risk Analytics and IT teams to review model implementations, including testing and review of portfolio impact;
? Assess proposals to optimize regulatory capital requirements
? Escalate data issues to the Data Control team and Credit Risk Agile IT squads and assist with the remediation of data problems

Skills/Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative subject.
? Experience in counterparty credit risk
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL; Adept at querying databases. Additional programming skills would be beneficial, but not essential.
? Excellent analytical skills with ability to manage and analyze large datasets
? Strong attention to detail
? Good oral and written communication skills
? Ability to collaborate with colleagues across geographies and departments
? Well organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
