The Fixed Income Division (FID) is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products and Distribution.

Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. The Commodities Division is a market leader across a broad range of commodities markets, with expertise in areas including client risk management, financing solutions and investor products.

Global Markets Group is the offshoring arm of Morgan Stanley’s Sales & Trading businesses in India. It covers functions across FID and Institutional Equities Division (IED) ranging from those associated with sales, trading, analytics, strats to risk management.

_Description:_

SPG Strategists in London/Hong Kong are focused on supporting SPG trading and financing team by delivering high value business related analysis and associated technology. The group also has a dual role in assisting the Fixed Income Division to manage the impact of the new regulatory capital environment(s).

The candidate will join a high impact team and gain understanding of the SPG products & business. The candidate will be expected to partner closely with peers in the SPG group to enhance and develop risk & pricing models and provide analytics to the desk. The candidate should be comfortable taking ownership and driving key projects.

Fixed Income business knowledge would be an advantage, particularly on cash bonds and loans. A willingness and ability to learn is a must.

The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator and must have 3 or more of the following skill sets:
