1 In conjunction with the Sr. Credit Officer, prepare Annual Reviews, monitor the ongoing financial condition and performance of the Borrower. Monitor covenant compliance and the value/condition of the collateral.
2 Perform a thorough credit analysis on borrowers’ financial health, risk rating and collateral analysis and analysing in detail Borrower performance and trends
3 Maintain frequent communication with Sr. Credit Officers regarding the financial condition of Borrower(s) and compliance with reporting requirements. Keep current on major developments and changes in financial condition and identification of risks.
4 Ensure loan documentation accurately represents the terms of the loan approval and permits Morgan Stanley to enforce its rights on the collateral in a default situation.
5 Work with Sr. Credit Officers to maintain and update files in an orderly and timely fashion. Manage all requests within stated turn times unless justified as an exception. 6 Responsible for the integrity of Borrower’s loan data in company systems and ensure files are up-to-date.

6 Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables.
7 Possess good oral and written communication skills.
Qualifications/Criterion
1 Bachelor’s Degree required. CFA/FRM added advantage.
2 Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience in private/commercial banking especially in commercial real estate lending and credit analysis function
3 Formal commercial credit training required and asset classes knowledge
