Job Title: Tester – IT Software Development – Mumbai

Job Responsibilities –

Analysing user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
Work closely with other team members, business analysts and interacting with clients on calls/emails.
Design and develop test strategy and test cases from use case stories and experience in agile environment.
Provide story point estimates of testing tasks in the Sprint Planning meetings.
Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies and provide defect issue/status report.
Execute all type testing Functional, Usability, UI Testing.
Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
Should be able to manage different Test environment and test data efficiently.
Define Test Automation Approach, identify right tools and drive Automation coverage within the sprints
Participate & contribute effectively in daily stand up, sprint review, retrospective meetings
Provide support and documentation if needed.

Any exposure to Performance testing and tools will be an added advantage (Optional)

Mandatory:

Working knowledge of any ALM tool like JIRA Agile, ALM is must.
Experience in testing and managing end to end test life cycle. Should be able to take ownership of testing deliverables

Ability to create automated test scripts for regression testing using Selenium WebDriver or similar tool. Up to One year of experience in testing applications using automated tools.
