Job Description

Position: – Payroll & Taxation ProfileJob descriptionRoles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that SLA’s are met
• Payroll Processing for different clients
• Handling payroll system and Employee Salaries and other payments
• Verifying Investment declaration / Investment Proofs and updating in System
• Income Tax Calculations
• Inputting data from financial records into tax return software or databases
• TDS calculation, payments and return filing on Income tax site.
• Calculating Tax on Salaries and Different Rebates Applicable to Individuals.
• Generation of Form 24Q
• Form 16 Generation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience in Payroll, Income Tax
• Should be fluent in English
• Great Excel skills
• Great Email and telephone etiquette
• Excellent Knowledge on Income Tax Rules and Sections in Income Tax
• Familiarity with Income Tax govt. site
• Deadline oriented and customer driven
