We have an opening of AGM-Logistic in a renowned OEM Heavy Equipment manufacturing company.
Location- Ballabgarh
Academic Qualifications- B.Tech/BE/Post Graduation in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering
Experience of 13 -18 years
Key Work Area:
Inbound Logistics
Inbound Transport commercial and contracts finalization
Introduction of Milk Run and Cross Docking Hub
Lead time and cost reduction through benchmarking best practices and process improvement
In Plant Logistics Operation
Commercials finalization for all in plant logistics infrastructures and services ( Rack, Trolley, Material Handling Equipment and manpower
Operational scope and cost finalization for all external warehouses
Maintenance and Repair cost settlement for all logistics infrastructure
Sustainable Supply Chain
Business case support to SCM/Sourcing for returnable packaging
New Packaging implementation and cost saving estimation for all new ideas
Outbound Logistics
Packaging/Lashing cost settlement for outbound goods/machines
Outbound Logistics commercial and contracts finalization
Digitalization Roadmap
Involvement in digitization drive for inbound movement and warehousing wherein his major responsibility will be create business scenario for implementing new state of art digital technology
Green Field Project Support
Budgetary inputs for Logistics cost linked with new projects (in agreement with SCM)
New Plant Logistics framework implementation in accordance to strategy and as per maker layout shared by SCM team
Material Management CAPEX planning In line with Companys requirement (Joint working with Project Engg.)
Detailed road map for logistics value chain creation for all upcoming plants as per detailed project plan
Frugal/Cost Saving Initiatives
Part of CFT for logistics consolidation and lean flow projects
Introduction of 3PL/4PL for non core operations – Procurement, Kit Preparation, Rework/Reconditioning
Advancement in Transport, Warehouse and Communication Flow
