We have an urgent opening of Vendor Scheduler in a leading Tier 1 UK Based Automotive company

Location-Faridabad

Qualification- B.E with 5-9 Yrs experience of Export Import in Automotive industry

Role Purpose

Scheduling and Follow up with Import and local items (direct material) and shipments, Preparation of Import item coverage report, Goods In transit (GIT) update ,Premium freight report preparation ,planning sheet update for new project .co-ordinate with FSL & CHE for follow up & tracking of shipment Planning parameter review and correction, follow up for payment with finance, weekly and monthly MIS to Plant & APO

Key Responsibilities

Demand analysis and escalation if any gap.

2. Scheduling through MRP based on frequency and thru EDI where applicable

3. Follow up & monitoring with freight services for shipment.

4. Daily review of coverage report for critical items and ensure on time availability.

5. Follow up and coordination with logistic for timely arrival in plant.

6. Monitoring and controlling of item inventory as per norms and goods in transit review.

7. Preparations of GIT on daily & weekly in MFG pro and monthly report to finance.

8. CAPM new projects monitoring & scheduling

9. MIS reporting to plant & APO .

10. Bridging and monitoring gap for BOP system v/s physical

11. Transit time monitoring & control .

12. Delivery rating for IMP and local supplier on OTIF basis.

13. In transit MRN making upon receipt of pre alerts.

14. Follow up with finance for supplier payment and send payment detail to IMP supplier .

15. Planning and control of EOP model inventory .

16. Review and approval for packaging standard.

17. Support to purchase and CPM.

18. Premium freight control.

19. Support in Annual Budget preparation.

20. Planning parameter making and auditing.

21. Coordinate with Customs House Agent , Shipping Line , Port Authority for smooth

release of Import Shipments to production line.

22. Coordinate within CFT for duty & freight application for Import & export activity.

23. MIS for Export & Import & Vendors Bill coordination / processing / submission.
