Roles and Responsibilities

Be accountable to deliver the assigned project with the associate measurable business value.
Work autonomously, handling your own time effectively in collaboration with others
Actively search for improved ways to run business processes and/or applications.
Build collaborative relationships with the various teams you interact with, understanding and communicating effectively with internal and external business partners.
Proactively communicate the status of the project, activities and help to remove roadblocks.
Build your own skills and knowledge through the job experience, coaching & training.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency with Algorithms, Data Structures, Multi-threading, OOD, SQL, no-SQL, and other Computer Science concepts Strong working experience with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
Experience with client-side frameworks such as Angular, Polymer, Backbone, JQuery, etc.
Experience developing complex client-side applications with cross-browser support
Experience with server-side Java development and J2EE application servers
Good written and oral communications skills
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to new technical challenges.
(DV3) Proven ability to critically analyze requirements, designs, and code with an emphasis on long term maintainability.
(DV3) Proven ability to coordinate complex implementation efforts among multiple team members.
