Role and Responsibilities :

• The Candidate would be responsible to ensure effective management of all hr related activities .

• Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees .

• Align with businesses to implement talent engagement and development initiatives • Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures

• Handle overall recruitment and selection process through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines

• Excellent organizational and management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,417.42 – ₹28,331.42 per month
