We are hiring for Accounts Payable Executive – US Accounts.
Preferably candidates who are well versed with Quickbooks and can join within 15 to 30 days maximum.

Job Title: Account Payable Executive -US
Experience: 4-5years accounts payable or general accounting experience.

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibility:

• Vendor creation in Quick Books/Ceipal
• Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests.
• Set invoices up for payment.
• Enter and upload invoices into system.
• Track expenses and process expense reports.
• prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• prepare analysis of accounts.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.

Education and Experience

• knowledge of accounts payable
• knowledge of general accounting procedures
• knowledge of relevant accounting software (such as , QuickBooks, CEIPAL )

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
