We are hiring for Accounts Payable Executive – US Accounts.
Preferably candidates who are well versed with Quickbooks and can join within 15 to 30 days maximum.
Job Title: Account Payable Executive -US
Experience: 4-5years accounts payable or general accounting experience.
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibility:
- Vendor creation in Quick Books/Ceipal
- Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests.
- Set invoices up for payment.
- Enter and upload invoices into system.
- Track expenses and process expense reports.
- prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- prepare analysis of accounts.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Education and Experience
- knowledge of accounts payable
- knowledge of general accounting procedures
- knowledge of relevant accounting software (such as , QuickBooks, CEIPAL )
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
