Full Job Description
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TO ENSURE THAT THE GUESTS AT THE HOSTEL HAVE A COMFORTABLE STAY. THE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Overseeing day-to-day operations including check-in/check outs, guests’ queries, maintaining guest records, housekeeping, etc.
Managing the daily accounts
Managing staff and vendors responsible for cleaning, security, supplies, etc.
Quality control and maintenance
Ensuring the regular housekeeping, maintenance of the rooms
Being up to date about the activities and events happening in the hostel and around the city
Ensuring that Guests have a great time and convert their happiness into great reviews
