Skills:

 Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)

 Good logical, and reasoning skills.

 Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel.

 Good keyboard skills need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and must be able to type with 30WPM and 90% accuracy.

 Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, multitask and be adaptable to change.

 Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.

 Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs.
