About the role:
MRI Software is seeking an Application Administrator II will be part of the India support team operating from the Bangalore location and also part of the Global Support team spread across USA, UK, SA, NZ, and Aus. The application administrator will be supporting MRI SAAS applications and responding to multiple client requests on a day-to-day basis. The application Administrator will be one of the points of contact for clients with respect to issues, requests, and any type of technical queries related to applications.
Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day operation and maintenance of SaaS applications.
Configure, maintain, and support MRI applications using Microsoft Windows, and SQL (MS-SQL) and Oracle.
Validate, correct, and maintain database backups.
Install new software releases, patches, and system upgrades.
Create, update, audit, and modify documentation as required.
Skills & Other Requirements
2 to 3 Years of experience with qualifications BE / MCA Degree.
Proficient in MS-SQL and Oracle and RDMBS concepts.
Knowledge of Data Base Administration activities and DB scripting.
Good Knowledge of SQL and Stored procedures.
Good Communication skills.
Strong attitude to enhance skills through collaboration with Peers and Teams.
Any Computer training certification is desirable.
Willing to work odd hours, UK and USA shifts on a need basis.
