Job Description:
Supervises and coordinates activities of clerical personnel in real estate office: Interviews clerical applicants, gives performance tests, and evaluates applicant data to determine new hires.
Verifies completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of clerical personnel production.
Prepares or assists in preparing papers for closings of real estate transactions, such as sales contracts an Analyzes financial activities of establishment and prepares reports for review of SALES AGENT, REAL ESTATE or other personnel.
D purchase agreements.

Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
