MTC Group Looking For Senior Manager – Govt Business at Mumbai, Maharashtra, Full Time

Job Responsibilities –

Business Development & Pre-Sales

• Identify New tenders and business opportunities.
• Product catalogue management on various portals like GEM or other B2B
• platforms
• Identify and communicate key details of the tender to internal stakeholders.
• Look for new business opportunities on both the revenue and product side .

Bid Management

• Take necessary approvals to bid.
• Analyze past bid data and finalize bid rate.
• Track the price viability of all the bids submitted by tracking the price trend through various internal and external sources.
• Ensure bid viability is maintained during bid validity period and red flags are escalated to the management on an immediate basis.
• Execute the bid strategies as per the direction given by management.
• Follow up closely with customers to source the bid related information, obtain POs in timely manner.
• End to end bid progress tracking & completion.

Account Management

• Liaise with sourcing team for timely & accurate execution of the order.
• Timely submission & dispatch hard copies of PO & other documents
• Ensure timely delivery of PO by following up procurement team.
• Ensure timely receipt of acceptance, payment & settle account.
• Email the debtor’s report to customers on a regular basis.

MIS & Reporting

• Update new tender details, tender status, & bid status in Google sheets.
• Archiving & documenting inactive tenders.
• Periodically send the report on pending tenders – new and ongoing.
