MUFG Global Service (MGS)

Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. With a current headcount of around 250, MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

About the Role

Job Profile

Purpose of Role

Improving the employee experience in areas of HR Operation and HRSS PIC in Mumbai.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as HRSS representative for Mumbai office supporting employees with day-to day HR operation support.
• Support with HRSS vendor Management and invoice payments
• Drive end the end background verification closure post offer acceptance
• Enable tracking and maintaining of E-Filing Documents in Workday
• Create Workday records for the New Hires.
• Onboarding Orientation for new hires at Mumbai (twice a week)
• Liaison with IT/GA/Manager to ensure all Mumbai New Joiners Day 1 actionable are on track
• Handle Employees Queries (i.e. Workday access, Benefits, Retirals)
• Submission of OBI and PAD Forms to compliance team regularly
• Support with retirals by coordinating between employee and HGS including handling queries to avoid delay in PF Payments.

Candidate Profile

• 10-12 years of experience in area HR Operations largely covering the end to end process of on-boarding.
• Should have worked in a mid-sized organization catering 50-70 hires a month.
• Should have sound knowledge of other areas of operation related to Insurance, other benefits, retirals and payroll.
