• Support the Business Support Team in conducting key monitoring and reporting tasks on behalf of GCIB.Working closely with the Origination and Portfolio teams within GCIB as well as Business Support London toprovide valuable support in ensuring GCIB adheres to the terms and conditions of its transactions bothinternally and externally as well as assisting them on various internal processes from a credit adminperspective.Providing supporttothejunior Analystsintheteamandcheck theirwork.

RolesandResponsibilities

• ActivemonitoringofBorrowerRating expirydates.
• Perform and manage various administrative and due date control tasks in relation to the above in anefficient and responsive manner in order to manage operational risks and ensure internal andexternaldeadlinesareadhered to.
• Update, maintain and check various reports to ensure that correct information is reflected andmonitoredon an on goingbasis andreport outstanding positionseachmonth.
• Perform Daily downloads from GCARS of approved Credit Applications & Borrower Ratings, savingfiles inrelevant folders.
• RemindRMsofupcomingitem sandescalatewhere necessaryif noaction/updateismade
• Prepareand2ndcheckBorrower ratingshellsinGCARSforexistingtransactions
• Completevariousexposure/loanutilization,rating/shareprice andbranchreports
• Follow up with Agent Banks re any outstanding covenants that havent been received in order toexpedite receipt.
• On a semi-annual basis complete and 2nd check the Form 270 Variable Interest Entity (VIE) report,obtaining TotalAssetand Paid in Capitalfiguresfromourborrowers Balance Sheets.
• Build relationships throughout MUFG to establish a peer network, gather relevant information andhelp toensureeffectiveinteractive inter-departmental collaboration.
• DevelopanexcellentunderstandingofallcoresystemsandrelevantprocedureswithinGCIB.
• ProvidesupporttothejuniorAnalysts in theteamandtooversee/checktheirwork
• Actassubject matterexperttoprovidethenecessaryguidance/supporttothenewjoiners
• Undertakeanyad-hocexercises/reportingasassigned.
