• Next 5-year strategy through financial modelling specific to EV leasing, considering factors like the total cost of ownership, depreciation rates of EVs, battery life, and maintenance costs, business model, Manpower etc.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in EV technology, such as battery technology, charging infrastructure, vehicle-to-grid systems, and software (like battery management and telematics systems).
• Familiarity with lean startup principles and agile methodologies to implement rapid iterations in business strategy based on market feedback.
• Standardize methodology and create a road map for identification, selection, process & operations for EV exclusive dealer on-boarding.
• Developing Customer Journey for Sales and After Sales Service (Design SOP and Develop Manual)
• Charging Infrastructure Development – Network, Highways, Drive Use-Case, RWA’s, Vehicle Density, Public, Digital Apps
• The Head of Strategy will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation within the electric vehicle market.
• Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy focused on enhancing customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty across all touchpoints.
• Leverage data analytics and market research to gain deep insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and feedback to inform strategies that enhance engagement and stickiness.
• Design and launch innovative customer engagement programs, including loyalty schemes, referral programs, and community-building initiatives that align with our brand values and business goals.

Project Management

• Network Expansion catering to B2C customers.
• Digital initiatives
• Development and Implementation of Analytics dashboard for business insights and zonal/regional reviews to achieve balanced growth.

Environmental

• Knowledge of the regulatory environment in India regarding EVs, including safety standards, insurance requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Understanding the global and Indian EV market trends, consumer behaviour, government policies, and the competitive landscape. This includes knowledge of subsidies, tax benefits, and other incentives offered by the Indian government.
• Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally friendly business practices, crucial in the EV industry. This includes understanding carbon footprint reduction, recycling of EV batteries, and lifecycle analysis of EVs.

Skill Required

• 8-10 years of experience
• Sound knowledge of local market and customer base.
