Deal with all day to day maintenance acivities of all property of the company.-Prepare & submit day to day activity report & to do daily visit to the outlet along with corporate house for smooth operation of admin activities.-Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.-Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.-Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.-Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation for new & existing business aliance.-Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trade persons (e.g-electricians, plumbers,vendors & suppliers).-Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.-Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.-Coordinating with Functional or departmental heads for performance evaluation of employees.Job Type: FresherSalary: INR25,000.00 – INR28,000.00 per monthBenefits:
