About the Role: Are you a talented and experienced ETO process expert with a solid digital mindset, looking to make a bigger impact? We’re on the lookout for a passionate individual to join our dynamic Equipment Innovation and Analytics team as an Innovation Leader! In this exciting role, you’ll lead digital innovation for all Equipment plants globally. Job Title: Expert, ETO Innovation
Relevant Experience: 10-15 years
Location: Bangalore or Vadodara
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Foster a culture of disruptive innovation , practice the principle of “try fast, fail fast, learn fast, and succeed” within the organization.
xc2xb7 Define the roadmap and execute key digital innovation initiatives across all Equipment plants globally to enhance ETO processes and efficiency.
xc2xb7 Represent ETO in global innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This includes training, analysis, testing, onsite checks, and pilot follow-ups.
xc2xb7 Collaboration: Work with functional teams to identify key pain areas in ETO specific functions (Tendering, Project Management, Engineering, FAT) and leverage emerging technologies to find ground breaking solution.
xc2xb7 Lead Paperless ETO Initiative: Check paper usage onsite, coordinate with plants, create baselines, define E2E architecture, run pilots, and assess plants for MMR.
xc2xb7 Market Analysis / industry monitoring : Analyse market / industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
xc2xb7 SME Coordination: Lead, coordinate, and animate SME groups for ETO-specific POCs.
xc2xb7 Strategic Contributions: Contribute to Kick-offs, Stee Co, STEP Innovation Council, CODIx,
xc2xb7 Usecase MMR animation for Equipment perimeter. Coordinate with RSMEs / plants across all regions to identify needs, pain areas, new opportunities and MMR assessment.
Qualifications:
xc2xb7 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science.
xc2xb7 Proven experience as an ETO process expert with a strong digital mindset.
xc2xb7 Experience in managing digital transformation projects.
xc2xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
xc2xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
xc2xb7 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
xc2xb7 Passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
xc2xb7 Experience in a global role or working with international teams is a plus.
