Roles & Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team in the assigned city .

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs.

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.

• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

• Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors.

• Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Communications, or related field.

• Minimum 4 year of work experience in sales with B2B/B2C business model.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close.

• Excellent leadership skills.

• Need to have hands-on experience managing data and analysing it.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
