Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should have knowledge with Retention, renewal, upsell & cross sell to existing clients..

• Good with data analysis and people management.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs.

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs .

• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

• Provide daily reports of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors.

• Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
