Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should have knowledge with Retention, renewal, upsell & cross sell to existing clients..
- Good with data analysis and people management.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs .
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
- Provide daily reports of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors.
- Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
