TEAM MANAGEMENT : Supervising and leading a team of administrative staff, which may include administrative assistants, office coordinators, and clerical personnel. Providing guidance, training and support to ensure the team’s productivity.
OFFICE OPERATIONS: Managing day to day office operations, including ensuring that office supplies are stocked, equipment is maintained, and facilities are well- maintained and conducive to work
BUDGETING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Creating and managing budgets related to administrative functions, including expenses for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other operational needs. Monitoring expenditures to ensure they align with the allocated budget
Project Coordination: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, I.e New Projects (Upcoming Stores) events, and initiatives within the organization.
Policies and Procedures: Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving administrative issues or challenges that arise within the organization, finding practical solutions to improve processes and workflows.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Performance Evaluation: Conducting performance evaluations for administrative staff, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement or professional development.
Technology and Software: Staying updated with relevant technology and software tools to enhance administrative processes and increase efficiency.
Data Analysis: Analyzing data related to administrative functions to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize processes.
License Compliance: Monitor and maintain an up-to-date inventory of all required licenses, permits, and certifications. Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all federal, state, and local licensing requirements. Renew licenses and permits as necessary and ensure timely payments. Prepare and submit applications for new licenses and permits as needed.
Utility Bill Management: Monitor and manage all utility bills, including but not limited to internet, electricity, and water supply. Ensure timely payment of bills to avoid disruptions in essential services.Review bills for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or issues with service providers.
Expense Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all administrative expenses, including utility bills and related costs.
Administrative Manager Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· A minimum of 7 years experience working in same field.
· Salary – 35K-40K Per Month.
· Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
· Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
· Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
· Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Must have Experience of Project
