Dealing in B2B and Retails of Indian & Imported Fruits and vegetables, Imported Grocery, Food & Beverages.Job Description -· Managing Company Staff & Recruitment Process.· On boarding newcomers to the company.· Determining suitable salaries and remuneration.· Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.· Developing adequate Induction and Training.· Supporting employee opportunities for professional development.· Managing succession planning of staff.· Assisting with the performance management and review process.Skills and Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree + MBA in HR.· 3+ years’ Experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration & IR.· Good communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills.· Knowledge of Implementation of ESI & PF, Statutory Compliances.· Adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution.· Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems.· Familiarity with Payroll HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)HR: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 6239014402
