Client Account Manager- Commerce Support

Responsibilities:

• To resolve complex queries and issues of product and services
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ensure complete documentation of all activities undertaken with respect to the ticket in the case log
• Adhere to the Process defined on both Operations and Quality legend.
• Ability to timely Escalation (Approach to handle issues to understand when to escalate

& what will be handled by themselves) * Attention to detail, ability to research and able to arrive at a solution and challenges the process and come up with different alternatives.

• Coordinate with the partners and help in faster resolution of the customer queries.Customer Engagement:

Understanding customer behavior, expectations from the product analyzing usage trends, and product adaptability to increase usage and make the product sticky.
Work towards providing an excellent customer experience by going the extra mile on every interaction.

Customer Retention:
Maintain overall customer satisfaction levels to ensure a continuous relationship with MyGate
Requirement:

• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill
• Proven ability to negotiate.
• Conflict resolution.
• Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.

• 6 days working and 1-day rotational week off

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
