Technical Manager with good hands-on in Java background (Legacy and Modern)
Roles & Responsibility :
12 years of Software Development experience with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of managing teams and tracking productivity in an agile and remote context.
Strong knowledge of JAVA 8, Hibernate/EclipseLink, SQL queries, JavaScript, jQuery, JSP pages, Struts, and EJB will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, and Microservices
Able to work with Architects, Business Analysts, and Leads and drive the teams to success.
Stakeholder management and ability to work with the customer in understanding and driving the customer’s vision.
Able to implement design patterns and best practices.
Knowledge of using tools like SVN, Jenkins, Gradle, Jira, and any ALM tools like Smartbear QA complete or HP ALM
Good communication skills in English.
Prior experience working in the Health domain is a plus, but not mandatory.
