About the Role:

As a Lead Associate – Business Analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving business insights and strategic decision-making through data analysis and interpretation. Your contributions will have a direct impact on optimizing operations, enhancing performance, and guiding business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop predictive models and data visualizations to support decision-making processes.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
4. Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of analytical initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
• Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in relevant analytics tools or methodologies are a plus.
