About The Role
The CC Kaizen manager needs to work with various stakeholders to train, coach, direct, and coordinate
with teams to run activities and projects that drive continuous improvement at CC, which will help build
operations efficiency and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
What You’ll Do
○ The role will be responsible for driving lean / continuous improvement projects at
CC.
○ Encourage various teams within CC to come up with process enhancement
strategies.
○ Build a spirit within teams to investigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current
business processes.
○ Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in the implementation of lean
principles and new process ideas toward continuous improvement
○ Play the role of a coach throughout the process. If something goes wrong in the daily
activity, the Kaizen manager takes measures and discusses the problem with the
leading manager.
○ The kaizen manager should take care of removing any barriers that the employees
are experiencing while driving improvement /lean projects.
○ Hold a discussion with the leadership to establish continuous improvement goals and
objectives and the overall direction.
○ Identify areas with other functional leaders to develop significant Kaizen opportunities
for improvement in their specific areas.
○ Network with internal and external stakeholders to bring best practices to continuous
improvement projects.
○ Work with the training and central L&D teams to develop training materials for Lean /
kaizen processes and principles.
○ Provide training and mentoring to employees on Lean principles and techniques.
○ Ensure open communication throughout the organization by keeping leadership
informed of project status and ensuring coordination of project activities.
○ Create metrics, deployment goals, and objectives to drive accountability throughout
the organization.
○ Lead the implementation of lean programs from inception to completion.
○ Provides input and feedback to CC leadership about improvement opportunities.
○ A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, process management, or
operations.
○ Certification in the following areas is a mandate: PMP, Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green belt
(LSSGB). LSSBB will be an added advantage.
○ A minimum of five years experience in process optimization, operations, or business
management.
○ A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.
○ A strategic and analytical mindset.
○ An excellent communicator with good presentation skills.
○ Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
○ Leadership and mentoring skills.
○ Exceptional listening skills with the ability to effectively give and receive feedback
○ Effective facilitation (informal and formal) and presentation skills
