Myntra Hiring for Senior Manager – Planning Marketplace & Omni at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

Marketplace and Omni team mandate is to ensure growth through right business design, achieving input metrics, seller account management, seller experience etc. MP is a central team working closely with category, SCM, revenue, planning to drive overall growth, profitability and seller experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the annual/monthly/event Marketplace overall planning – Manage fulfilment model wise revenue and units plan, ensuring selection/ inventory/ fulfilment capacity across sellers
• Supply and capacity planning, maintaining inventory health across top selling styles for Fulfilled by Myntra (FBM) program
• Omni Store level planning – create brand / city / store level projections for BAU and Sale days
• Liaise with CDM and category teams to ensure visibility and selection for marketplace
• Set up the reporting process for overall marketplace and manage control towers for Event and BAU.
• Discount management and giving pricing recommendation to sellers

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience with e-commerce, category planning, instock management or consulting
• Engineering and MBA from Tier 1 College (2+ year of experience post MBA preferred)
• Strong problem solving ability – Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong analytical skills and process/ data orientation.
• Stakeholder management skills – This is a cross-functional role and candidate should be able to drive results while working with diverse teams
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Advanced excel, BI tools
