Arranging loan for purchase of assets with private financial institutions
1. Processing loan documents towards getting loan with bank & financial institutions as per the time schedule provided.
2. Monitoring Monthly term loan dues & alert the treasury department to provide the funds in a bank account.
3. Co ordinate with bankers towards term loan regarding issues and revert the same.
4. Processing the MOD with sub registrar office towards property submitted for collateral for banks at the time of getting loan & enhancement.
5. Coordinate with the advocate office for getting legal opinion for new loan arrangements and existing facilities.
6. Getting valuation reports for loan property from bank panel building valuer.
7. Getting encumbrance certificates from sub registrar office & possession certificate & commercial land certificate from VAO & Tahsildar office.
8. Arranging loans customers towards purchasing flats in our project. o Coordinate with my superior for at the time of sanctioned credit facilities renewal times.
9. Handling Bank Guarantee and Letter of credit individually.
10. Monitoring the Bank guarantee due dates and coordinate with project peoples & clients for further extensions and closures
11. Processing of bills received under inland lc from suppliers till giving acceptance.
12. Maintain MIS for the bills processed and lc Utilization project wise
13. Liaison with issuing bank and negotiating for speedy negotiation of bills for the beneficiaries.
14. Provide the daily report to the CEO towards daily transactions of bank guarantee and letters of credit.
15. Prepare the monthly Fund based non fund based limit
