Job Summary:
A Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients by answering their inquiries and resolving complaints. The main objective is to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty, and maintain the company’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services, including pricing, availability, and delivery.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate recommendations to management.
Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media, and ensure a professional and positive tone is maintained.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing personalized service and demonstrating empathy towards customers’ needs.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate complaints as necessary.
Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge by attending training sessions and keeping up-to-date with company policies, products, and services.
Ensure accuracy of customer information and maintain customer records in the database.
Meet or exceed customer service targets and key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction scores and response times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or related field is a plus.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling high volume of requests.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
