*Prepare monthly Invoices, Salaries and EPF and ESIC wagesheet.Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.Greeting visitors at reception.Managing diaries, scheduling meetings.Arranging post and deliveriesJob Requirements:Looking for a male candidate as there is a need to travel to submit Invoices and other simple duties.Minimum of 3-5 years of Administrator experience required.Should be proficient in MS word and Excel.Good communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusExperience:Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 3 years (Preferred)Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English,Hindi and Telugu fluently (Preferred)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)
