Job Description

For Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd, we are currently seeking a Production Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. In this position, you will act as a critical partner to our Production team and will be responsible for the leadership of a team of production specialists. The goal is to fulfill daily production plans within defined timelines and quality standards.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Align resources with production plans daily
• Provide effective and constructive feedback to production staff and suggest corrective actions if needed to ensure production plans are fulfilled
• Check production plans and fulfillment.
• Ensure quality of products manufactured.
• Set up and develop reliable manufacturing process for new products.
• Root cause analyses, Corrective actions & Preventive actions on Non-concordance.

What will convince us:

• 3-4year of Experience from similar industry.
• Monitoring of production & ensuring on time deliveries to internal & external customers
• Evaluation of production process time to time & improvising by continual improvements.
• Exposure to ASME
• Apprenticeship in an appropriate technical environment
• Additional specialist qualification and leadership certificate
• Proven experience of working in a similar environment
• Effective leadership skills — finding the balance between drawing a line and mindfulness
• Ability to trouble shoot
• Ability to keep calm in times of pressure
