Full Job Description
For Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd., We are looking for HR Service Administrator to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective support service to all HR customers, predominantly to the HR Service team and employees. The position holder will be supporting the MIS & employee database management.
What you will accomplish together with us:
Provide first level support (e.g. for self-service tools), leave, attendance, onboarding, preparing HR reporting materials and dashboards, maintaining accurate HR data in systems
Perform all routine employee-life cycle workday processes (e.g. hire, leave of absence, exits)
Ensure high quality maintenance of personnel data, personnel files and HR Records
Perform all administration and data maintenance tasks related to organizational changes
Organize and manage employee communications, Work anniversary & birthday wishes
Follow-up and record contracts, documents and certifications, and maintenance of personnel file.
Bills & Payment processing & follow-up
Maintain Employee Engagement Tracker and reports
ID Cards management and issuance
What will convince us:
Good level of education in relevant field of MSW /MBA HR
Basic working experience in an HR & IR role and in a confidential environment of welfare, HR or personnel management field work
Ability to competently and accurately work with databases, spreadsheets and software packages
Capable of prioritizing workload quickly and conscientiously, without sacrificing attention to detail
Written and verbal communication skills in English & Kannada
Service and support oriented.
