. Primary Tasks & Activities:

1. (a) Stock Management – Raw Material & Packing Material

• Monitoring incoming material in FMS based on inputs entered by Purchase Department

• Verifying quantity & quality of incoming material to ensure adherence to specifications & shipment details.

• Providing inputs to accounts for raising debit notes in case of any deviation / damage / shortage.

• Updating Material details in the IMS.

• Verifying accuracy of material added in stock by Data Entry Operator.

• Verifying material is stocked in a safe & secure manner by Astt Supervisor.

• Conducting Monthly Physical Stock checks – including verifying the quantity available and weight where applicable.

1. (b) Stock Management – Finished Product

• Verifying Post Production activities:

o Correct packing & labelling

o Storage in right place & right manner

o Updation of Production quantity in finished goods stock register.

• Updating FG production in the IMS.

• Conducting Monthly Physical Stock checks – including verifying the quantity available and weight where applicable.

2. Storing Finished Products & packing them for dispatch.

• Storing the Finished products as per established guidelines so as to prevent any damage or loss.

• Packing Finished Products for dispatch as per customer orders received for the day.

• Updating Raw Material consumption in the IMS.

• Updating FG production in the IMS.

• Monitoring quantity produced during the day.

• Verifying test results of every batch of finished product prior to Storing to ensure conformance to Specifications.

• Preparing COA & labels for each batch.

• Verifying Post Production activities:

o Correct packing & labelling

o Storage in right place & right manner

o Updation of Production quantity in finished goods stock register.

• Selecting material for dispatch as per FIFO method.

3. Ensuring Safety of people & equipment.

• Undertaking steps to eliminate Fire & Safety Hazards.

• Ensuring adequate availability of Fire Prevention equipment, First aid kits and Personal Protection Equipment Kits for employees.

• Reviewing & updating Worker / Equipment Safety Checklist on a daily basis.

4. Leading Effectively

• Initiating hiring of suitable candidates for vacant positions as per hiring plan.

• Ensure replacement of existing team members within 15-30 days of resignation.

• Ensuring all Team Members, especially new joinees, receive adequate Training to perform their job effectively.

• Establishing Targets & Standard Operating Procedures / Processes for Team Members and guiding them in achieving their assigned targets as per established processes & guidelines.

• Resolving Team members’ issues, concerns & challenges in achieving target performance.

• Resolving personal grievances of Team members.

5. Other tasks

• Updating own data in MIS in a timely manner.

• Ensuring team members are updating their MIS data in a timely manner.

• Create SOPs for new equipment/machines

• Ensure Training to workers as per the training calendar

• Implement 5s, Kaizan & ISO

• Repair, Maintenance & Hygienic

Qualifications & Experience:

• Any Graduation
