Job Summary

Should have hands on experience-VMC/CNC/SPM`s , Should have the background of Tier 1 OEM auto part supplier Preferable having exposure/participation to QMS/TPM ,Should be assertive & good team player , Capability of addressing minor machine/ fixture related issues

Responsibilities and Duties

Plan and Achieve Daily Production Targets. Monitor the Bottleneck Machines Production. Ensure Current SOPs Available at all Machines. Maintain & Update Daily Production Report. Ensure Set-up Approval is Available (all Machines). Review and Update Operator Check sheet. Monitor Cutting Tool Life & Tool Change. Ensure Functioning of Poka-Yoke. Follow PM Schedule & Release Machines. Ensure Availability of Production Gauges. Ensure all Production Gauges are Calibrated. Conduct On-Job Training to Operators. Ensure Materials Handling (3C Chart). Maintain Good House Keeping in the Shop-floor. Ensure No Parts kept in Floor/Machine. Facing Process Audit by Process Engineer. Conduct Tool Box Talk Meeting (Daily). Encourage Operators Suggestion/Kaizen Activities. Actively Participate to Resolve Line Q&D Problems. Actively Participate to Resolve Customer Complaints

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

BE Mech Or DME/ Production

3 to 5 Years Experience in Mass production
