Experience: – 6 to 9 years into Operations & Customer Success
Qualification: B.Tech / MBA
Responsibilities-
• Will be responsible for handling daily settlement activity
• UAT & On-boarding of new Banks & BINS in the back office application
• Automation of routine work processes
• Ensuring that chargeback ratio & Business Decline is within the prescribed limits
• Frequent meetings & follow up with Banks for Chargeback & Business Decline
• Handling daily operational activities and Bank queries
Functional Skills
• Articulate & Excellent Written & Oral Communication and presentation Skills.
• Proficient in MS Office • Ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
• Innovative solution provider, capable of articulating new ideas and changes and getting them implemented in quick time.
• Excellent organizational, leadership skills and Multi-Tasking with problem-solving ability
