National Payments Corporation Of India (NPCI) Hiring for NBBL Associate/ Senior Associate – Compliance at Mumbai Metropolitan Region Full Time

Role Contour:

Manage surveillance, enforcement and compliance for ecosystem partners and members to ensure adherence to set standards and processes of Bharat Connect.

Role & responsibilities

• Engage with the team in formulation of policies and processes for ecosystem partners and members, initiate measures and oversee execution to maintain compliance
• Conduct periodic reviews of compliance levels to identify bottlenecks and enable elimination of the same to ensure that there are no deviations
• Enforce penalties/ required measures to ensure return to normalcy as soon as possible and proactively identify consistency issues in compliance for quick resolution
• Administer surveillance of the ecosystem partners and members to ensure that any red flags are immediately raised and addressed
• Initiate coordination with the respective product, operations and BD teams to ensure that the required information and safeguards are maintained as per defined standards of NPCI Bharat Connect.

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferably from BFSI industry in compliance/law
• Any graduate /Masters degree in the related field
• Proven experience in project management, risk & compliance laws.
