Job Overview:
The job of our car dealership is to sell cars, and sales managers provide the motivation, support, training, and incentives to get our sales team to do this job well. Our sales managers have to be motivated and energetic themselves in order to get the same from their team. They must define the team goals and have multiple plans in place for how to achieve them. Sales managers at our dealership must also understand that business success often comes from individual success. If individual success isn’t present, changes will need to be made, which sometimes means uncomfortable conversations with employees.
