About the job

Job Purpose:

· To ensure the sale of vehicles and allied business and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

· Managing customer through the entire sales process, right from initial inquiry to delivery and after-sales.

· Understand customer needs in order to help him/her make the best choice.

Primary Responsibilities:

· To achieve the dealership and OEM’s monthly target with profitability.

· To submit a morning agenda and evening report to TL/SM.

· Updates all information related to enquire in the DMS, APP, etc. as per the OEM’s requirement.

· Offers test drives to all prospects and collect feedback, follows dealership procedure

To obtain proper identification from customers prior to the test drive.

Job Location – Thane, Andheri Govandi(should be okay to travel nearby Mumbai)

o Any Graduate

o Job Type – Full time, Experience 2 to 3 years

o Salary – No bar for good candidate depending on current package

o Connect with customer to create that unique buying experience

o Should know driving

o Good communication skills, verbal + written communication

o Promoting the companies products addressing or predicting the clients objectives.

o Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support

o Build long term relationship with new and existing customers

o 10.Collecting customer feedback and market research around the designated area

o Keeping upto date with products and competitors

Skills required

1. Proven track record of meeting sales targets

2. Aware of microsoft applications

3. Problem solving skills

4. Negotiation skills

5. Should have written talk ability of languages English, Hindi Marathi(preferred)

CTC – 3 to 3.5 lacs p.a

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
