A SCCM Administrator of min 6-8 years of experience and responsible for providing technical assistance to client/Team, develop and deploy solutions. Sr Engineers are also committed to building expertise & scalability of the team, to ensure that they are ready to respond to priority incidents and the changes in the customer environment.

Job Location: Noida (WFH at the moment)

Detailed Job Responsibilities

Strong knowledge of AD, Replication, GPOs and password polices
SCCM and SCOM capabilities, features, configuration, upgrade, migration, and deployment
Work with other consultants to design and execute the technical implementation of SCCM and Intune solutions based on client requirements and design specifications
Must to have high level exposure on Windows Server products like AD Exchange SCCM CMDB Etc
SCCM client deployment via different methods (Client Push and manually) & managing SCCM clients.
Managing Complete Patching process end to end and responsible for compliance.
Performing regular SCCM Health Checks of Site Server, System, and Database.
Global deployment of the above Deployment and administration of Microsoft Endpoint Management
Developing and maintaining relationships with key technical contacts within the customer accounts and becoming a trusted adviser to these individuals
Ability to design implement and troubleshoot SCCM environment
Ability to provide recommendations around SCCM vs Intune and or hybrid implementations
Good knowledge in Desktop PC Life Cycle Management including PC Security Management Ability to drive independently for compliance improvement working with different, IT teams Excellent Interpersonal analytical and coordination skills to work with Global stake holders
Good knowledge in Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policies
In Place Upgrades Microsoft Deployment Toolkit Upgrades and Servicing Mobile Device Management using Microsoft Intune Endpoint Security including Conditional Access Windows Defender ATP Microsoft BitLocker
Excellent knowledge Win 10 operating systems Good Knowledge in report dashboard preparations and articulation skills to present same data to leadership Mgmt etc
Coordinate with various groups and perform troubleshoot on all production problems and provide resolution.
Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance

Desirable Qualification & Experience

Any graduate
Minimum 6-8+ Years minimum experience in Windows environment
Quick thinker, creative problem solver.
Detail oriented, strong analytical, numerical, planning and reasoning abilities.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good communication skills in English
Must be able perform under strict deadlines.
Able to work in Australian shifts & 24*7 environment
