A Sr. Windows Administrator of min 6-8 years of experience and responsible for providing technical assistance to client/Team, develop and deploy solutions. Sr Engineers are also committed to building expertise & scalability of the team, to ensure that they are ready to respond to priority incidents and the changes in the customer environment.

Detailed Job Responsibilities
Must have a hands-on experience of system administration of Windows server side infrastructure Windows 2012,2016,2019 and associated technologies
Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.
Proactively manage and maintain and Antivirus systems
Knowledge of ADCS , Certificate update/ renewal services.
Strong knowledge of AD, Replication, GPOs and password polices
SCCM and SCOM capabilities, features, configuration, upgrade, migration, and deployment
Having working (configure and troubleshoot) experience on breadth of technologies e.g. terminal servers, windows clustering, MS NLB, VMware, Hyper-V and Azure.
Strong plus for experience with various blade systems (IBM, HP, DELL, UCS, etc…)
Strong working experience on DNS, DHCP, WINS, ADFS, AAD, DFS, SCVMM
Strong plus for experience on patch management tool administration (WSUS, SCCM, Landesketc.)
Build and sustain a relationship with the primary technical contact for the customer and ensure the highest level of satisfaction with respect to services and support offered
Deliver Trainings and KT to team for any new service engagement for support
ITIL processes follow as per given guidelines
Provide guidance with regard to technical escalations to the team
Ensure uninterrupted service to clients as per the defined SLA
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping processes, and service records for clients
Recommendations for processes improvements.
Proactively understanding customer needs and deliver services that enable them to be successful
Coordinate with various groups and perform troubleshoot on all production problems and provide resolution.
Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance
Desirable Qualification & Experience
Desirable B.Tech. /B.E /BCA/MCA.
Minimum 7+ Years minimum experience in Windows environment
Must have at least one MS certification.
Quick thinker, creative problem solver.
Detail oriented, strong analytical, numerical, planning and reasoning abilities.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good communication skills in English
Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMWare).
Basic knowledge of Azure AD
Must be able perform under strict deadlines.
Able to work in Australian shifts.
