Experience : 4-7 years Location : Mumbai (Worli/Airoli) Notice Period : Immediate / 30 days :  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Able to perform a detailed Impact analysis.
 Capable to perform code reviews and provide code to optimise

Responsibilities We are into a business to build great solutions using the latest technologies based around a Ruby & EXTJS architecture. The first project for the team will be mobilizing our core Policing solution to enable police officers to do their job without returning to the office. The team is currently 6-7 in size, but it will grow. You’ll be working in a team that will showcase to the rest of Northgate Public Services new technologies and new ways of working. You will be a EXTJS specialist working in this team. Key responsibilities include :-

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Business Analysts and Product Owners to resolve requirements gaps and conflicts.
• Develop high quality software.
• Create and execute comprehensive Unit Tests on developed software
• Work effectively in a dynamic Agile software development environment
• Promptly escalate issues which cause personal or team development to fall outside of agreed quality or timescale tolerances and to actively contribute to their resolution.
• Pro-actively suggest and implement agreed process improvements that enhance the performance, productivity and morale of the team.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes that enhance the performance and quality of personal and team deliverables.
• Work flexibly and imaginatively in a changing and evolving project environment.
• Should be a good team player and should be able to mentor and train other team members

Qualifications
Graduation in any stream (with diploma/training in software development courses is preferred for non-IT engg. graduates)
